The highlight of this location is the employees. And I know that many who frequent ESA might be in shock. Three examples come to mind. The bathroom sink drain plug was stuck. Pete is the maintenance man and he visited, saw what was truly needed. He replaced the entire faucet assembly within 18 hours of the issue being reported. Next is the overall demeanor of the desk staff. The genuinely want to be helpful bc and connect. I watched time and again how the creatively solved people’s issues. Thirdly I’d like to call out the Manager. She listens with a caring heart. She not only hold to the rules of the business, but she presents facts clearly and with a degree of compassion I haven’t experienced elsewhere in the chain. She is a role model for the corporation.
Wendy and her staff have been 100 pct accommodating plus living expenses including pet fees for 2 cats is very reasonable
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an amazing experience at Extended Stay! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, including a full kitchenette, which was perfect for preparing meals. Overall, this place exceeded my expectations, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, affordable, and welcoming stay. Whether you’re here for work, vacation, or an extended visit, you won’t be disappointed! I’ll definitely be returning.
Had a fantastic stay !!! Wendy and Rhonda at the front desk were absolutely phenomenal and helpful. They both answered all my questions and deserve raises if not given already. I couldn't recommend Extended Stay more if you need a long stay hotel or just need a night to yourself.

I’ve had a wonderful experience as a guest at this Extended Stay Hotel. The location is incredibly convenient, with numerous restaurants, convenience stores, grocery stores, and even clothing stores all within walking distance. Being so close to I-75 is another major plus. The staff here, led by Ms. Wendy, are hardworking, empathetic, and friendly. Despite the building being over 20 years old, it’s been kept in excellent condition and always smells amazing, thanks to Ms. Wendy and her dedicated team. Any concerns, requests, or compliments are handled with great care and professionalism, making me feel valued as a guest. The only downside has been the FEMA guests, who at times can be loud, messy, and disrespectful of others and shared spaces. However, that doesn’t overshadow the incredible turnaround this establishment has seen under Ms. Wendy’s leadership. She and her staff have truly made this place better, and I love that for them and for this hotel. Highly recommend staying here!
I recently stayed in this hotel for 2 weeks. The staff were extremely accompanying, helpful, and friendly. If there's something that isn't in your room that you require, they will give it to you. I couldn't have been happier with my stay. ((Kristen at the front desk, in particular, was always ready to assist in any way she could, and always had a smile on her face--in spite of having to constantly hustle to complete her tasks and take care of the guests.) I highly recommend.
